1. Payment should be made by cash / cheque / bank transfer at the time of delivery or within the agreed credit period.
  2. Interest @ 20% per annum will be charged if payment is not made within 15 days from the invoice date.
  3. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
  4. All fire extinguishers are covered under manufacturer warranty only, against manufacturing defects.
  5. Refilling and servicing are carried out as per standard safety norms. The company is not responsible for damaged, rusted, or expired cylinders.
  6. Transportation and installation charges will be extra, unless otherwise mentioned.
  7. The customer is responsible for proper usage, storage, and periodic maintenance of fire safety equipment.
